*    Research, Operations: Finance background (Business, Economics, Finance majors)  
*    Technology: Computer Science, MIS, and other Science majors with strong computer programming skills 

*    Graduating in 2008 spring/summer　
*    Willing to spend 6 months to 1 year training in Bangalore, India, before returning to Beijing　
*    Good English communication skills  
*    Strong academic background  
*    Interest in a career in finance
